Instructions
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in cheese, bell peppers, spinach, and onion.
- Grease Pan: Lightly grease a 6-inch oven-safe cake pan or dish that fits in your air fryer basket. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 330°F if required. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 330°F for 15–18 minutes, until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Serve: Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing and serving.
