- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 ears corn, cut into 1-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F. Toss shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices until coated.
- Assemble Packets: Cut four foil sheets. Divide shrimp, bell peppers, onion, corn among sheets. Seal edges tightly to create packets.
- Cook: Grill or bake packets for 15–18 minutes until shrimp are pink and vegetables tender.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
