Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let it sit for 15–30 minutes.
- Stir-Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cook onion until softened, then add garlic and ginger. Cook beef in a single layer until browned. Toss everything together and cook until well coated in sauce. Season with black pepper.
- Finish: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
