Filled with a flavorful mixture of ground beef, aromatics, and cabbage, these dumplings are pan-fried for a crispy bottom and then steamed to perfection. Serve with a tangy dipping sauce for a delightful Asian-inspired treat.

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

For assembly and cooking:

  • 30 round dumpling wrappers
