Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Spread filling over crust. Top with cherry pie filling and dark chocolate shavings.
