For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook the Shrimp: Cook the seasoned shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas, then layer each with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, cooked shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes if desired. Roll up tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
