Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Make the blondie base: Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar, then add egg, vanilla, flour, and salt. Spread in the pan.
- Create the apple layer: Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until soft. Spread over the blondie.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour over apples.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Finish: Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. Top with whipped cream and pecans if desired.
