- 1 box (11.36 oz) Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (such as Red Lobster brand)
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or included seasoning packet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in vegetables, cream soup, and sour cream. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Prepare Biscuit Topping: Mix biscuit mix with water and cheddar cheese. Drop spoonfuls over beef mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
