  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Sauté vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sauté the bell peppers and onion until softened.
  3. Season the vegetables: Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
