Chicken Goujons:
- 2 large chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Coating: Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in a second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken strip into flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Fry the Goujons: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain and Serve: Transfer fried goujons to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the goujons at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- They can also be made in an air fryer for a crispy finish with less oil.
