Veggies:
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup snap peas or snow peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Toss with sesame oil and set aside.
- Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil, cook chicken until done, then remove from pan.
- Stir-Fry Veggies: Cook bell pepper, carrots, and snap peas. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Combine: Return chicken to the pan, add noodles, pour in sauce, and toss together.
