  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Toss with sesame oil and set aside.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil, cook chicken until done, then remove from pan.
