- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Roll Ups: Unroll the crescent dough and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle. Roll up from the wide end toward the point, tucking in the sides. Arrange seam-side down in a baking dish and brush with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
