Peanut Butter Caramel Layer:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
- Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pretzel Crust: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
- Make the Peanut Butter Caramel Layer: Heat peanut butter and caramel sauce until smooth. Spread over the pretzel crust.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle chocolate chips, press gently. Drizzle melted peanut butter chips and extra caramel. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill and Serve: Chill for 2 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy!
