  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix Guinness and butter: Combine Guinness and butter in a saucepan, add cocoa powder and sugar, then cool.
