Description

Chopped Club Sliders are delicious, bite-sized sandwiches made with sweet Kings Hawaiian Rolls, savory deli meats, fresh vegetables, and creamy mayonnaise, all toasted to perfection. These sliders are perfect for parties, game days, or casual gatherings, offering a perfect balance of flavors and textures in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale

Rolls

  • 12 pack Kings Hawaiian Rolls

Vegetables

  • 1/2 Tomato, diced
  • 3 leaves of Lettuce, chopped

Meats and Cheese

  • 8 pieces Honey Ham deli meat, chopped
  • 8 pieces Turkey deli meat, chopped
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped

Condiments and Seasoning

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the Kings Hawaiian Rolls horizontally through the middle to create a top and bottom layer. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the cut sides of both top and bottom. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until they turn slightly golden and warm.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped honey ham, chopped turkey deli meat, and the remaining mayonnaise. Stir gently but thoroughly to evenly distribute the ingredients. Season with black pepper according to your taste preference.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Spread the prepared club mixture generously over the bottom halves of the toasted rolls. Next, layer the cheddar cheese slices on top of the mixture, followed by the chopped cooked bacon. Finally, place the top halves of the rolls over the layered fillings. Cut the entire assembly into individual slider-sized portions. Secure with toothpicks if desired to hold them together. Serve immediately and enjoy your chopped club sliders!

Notes

  • Make sure to toast the rolls just until golden to avoid dryness.
  • You can substitute turkey and ham with your preferred deli meats if desired.
  • Bacon can be cooked in advance and stored in the fridge for convenience.
  • Adjust mayonnaise quantity to taste or substitute with a lighter dressing for a healthier option.
  • Use toothpicks to keep sliders intact, especially during serving or transport.
