Chicken:

- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Corn:
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- Cook the Corn: In the same skillet, cook the corn for 3–4 minutes until charred. Stir in cilantro, season, and turn off the heat.
- Serve: Slice or shred the chicken and serve over the corn. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
