Dough:
- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Filling:
- 6 ounces lump crab meat (drained and picked over)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up the dough, tucking in the sides slightly as you roll.
- Bake: Arrange the filled crescents on the baking sheet and bake for 11–13 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.

- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the filling for brightness.
- For a spicy version, mix in a pinch of cayenne or a few dashes of hot sauce.
