Jello Salad:
- 1 package (6 oz) raspberry or cherry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Cream Cheese Topping:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Jello Salad: In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce, add crushed pineapple and nuts (optional). Pour into dish, chill.
- Cream Cheese Topping: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread over set Jello and chill before serving.
