  • 1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, then add broccoli. Pour in cream and broth. Add Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir in butter.
  3. Cook the Tortellini: Simmer tortellini until tender. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet.
