For the Tortellini:
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, then add broccoli. Pour in cream and broth. Add Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir in butter.
- Cook the Tortellini: Simmer tortellini until tender. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Frozen broccoli can be used—just thaw before adding.
