- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and capers. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
- Combine and Serve: Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
