Chicken Tenders:

  • 1 cup buttermilk

Breadcrumb Coating:

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  2. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken tenders, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
