Chicken Tenders:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Breadcrumb Coating:
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken tenders, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Prepare the coating: In another bowl, mix panko, regular breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the chicken: Remove each tender from the marinade, coat in the breadcrumb mixture, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Lightly spray the tenders with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
