- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix seasoning: In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare potatoes: Drizzle olive oil on the baking sheet and sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly. Place halved potatoes cut-side down on the cheese mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender inside and golden brown/crispy outside. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with parsley garnish.
