- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare the Seasoned Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic, then ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add broth and simmer.
- Fry the Tortillas: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry each tortilla until crispy yet pliable. Shape into tacos and drain on paper towels.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill each crispy taco shell with seasoned beef and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
