- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

- Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for 5–10 seconds until soft but still manageable.
- Place on a damp surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Place dumplings seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain briefly on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For added protein, mix in crumbled tofu or cooked ground meat.
