- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 6 hoagie rolls, sliced lengthwise
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place the sliced beef, bell peppers, and onion into the crock pot. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook: Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Stir gently to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is tender and fully cooked.
- Assemble: Preheat the broiler. Load each hoagie roll with the meat and vegetable mixture. Top with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Broil: Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
