  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed and softened)

Pasta:

  • 12 ounces pasta (such as rotini or penne)

Others:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the crock pot, sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix, pour salsa and chicken broth over the top.
  2. Cook Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender. Shred the chicken with forks.
  3. Add Cream Cheese: Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Cook Pasta: Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, then add to crock pot.
  5. Combine: Stir to coat pasta with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover, and let sit until melted.
  6. Serve: Garnish with herbs if desired and serve warm.
