- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Brown Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown sausage pieces on all sides for 5–6 minutes. Transfer to crockpot.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and bell pepper for 3–4 minutes. Add to crockpot.
- Add Ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, oregano, and beans. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until vegetables are tender.
- Season and Serve: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
