Instructions
- Brown the Sausages: Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the sausage pieces until lightly golden.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and red bell pepper until slightly softened.
- Combine Ingredients: Transfer the sausage and vegetables to the crockpot. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
