Ingredients
Dough:
1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Filling:
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, 8 slices deli corned beef, 8 slices Swiss cheese, 1 cup sauerkraut drained and patted dry, 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare dough: Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing over each triangle.
- Assemble rolls: Place a slice of corned beef, a slice of Swiss cheese, and about 2 tablespoons sauerkraut near the wide end of each triangle. Roll up from the wide end to the tip, tucking in filling slightly as you go.
- Bake: Arrange rolls point-side down on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure sauerkraut is well-drained to prevent soggy rolls.
- For a crispier texture, brush the tops with a little beaten egg before baking.
