Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla: Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and dry Jello powder.
