For the sliders:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 slices cooked bacon or breakfast sausage patties
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until cooked but still soft.
- Assemble sliders: Place bottom buns in a baking dish. Spread mayo and mustard if desired. Layer with eggs, bacon/sausage, and cheese. Top with remaining buns.
- Top with butter mixture: Brush melted butter mixed with garlic and parsley over the buns.
- Bake: Cover and bake for 10–15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
