Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients, mix gently.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan, bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Garnish with dried parsley if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
