- 6 ripe tomatoes (roughly chopped)

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Seasonings and Liquids:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
Garnish:

Instructions
- Blend Vegetables: Add the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add Seasonings: Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cold water. Blend again until fully combined and smooth.
- Chill and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Stir well and serve cold, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- For a chunkier texture, blend only half the vegetables and finely dice the rest before mixing together.
