Instructions

- Make the Street Corn Topping: In a bowl, mix together corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, hot sauce, cotija cheese, cilantro, and lime juice until fully combined.
- Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas, fill each with seasoned chicken, top with street corn mixture. Garnish with cotija, cilantro, and lime before serving.
