Instructions

- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide rice among serving bowls. Top with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and chicken. Drizzle with bang bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
