- Rise: Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Shape: Punch down the dough, divide into 8 portions, shape into balls, and place on a baking sheet.
- Second Rise: Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F, brush tops with egg wash, bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
