Gnocchi:

  • 1 (16 oz) package shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add seasoned chicken, cook until browned, then set aside.
  2. Cook Gnocchi: Melt butter in the same skillet, add gnocchi, cook until golden, then add garlic and sauté.
  3. Make Sauce: Pour in chicken broth and cream, simmer until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
  4. Finish Dish: Stir in Parmesan, spinach, and cooked chicken. Cook until spinach wilts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
