Gnocchi:
- 1 (16 oz) package shelf-stable potato gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add seasoned chicken, cook until browned, then set aside.
- Cook Gnocchi: Melt butter in the same skillet, add gnocchi, cook until golden, then add garlic and sauté.
- Make Sauce: Pour in chicken broth and cream, simmer until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
- Finish Dish: Stir in Parmesan, spinach, and cooked chicken. Cook until spinach wilts. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
