Ingredients
Sourdough Bread:
1 round sourdough boule (about 1 pound)
Brie & Cranberry Filling:
8 ounces Brie cheese (cut into small cubes), 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Garlic Herb Butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped), 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the bread: Slice the sourdough boule in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through. Stuff Brie into the cuts and add cranberry sauce.
