Description

Golden Hour Peach Lemonade is a refreshing and flavorful drink perfect for a hot summer day. Made with ripe peaches, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a touch of honey, this beverage is both sweet and tangy with a hint of natural peach flavor.

Ingredients

Ripe Peaches:

4 peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)

Lemon Juice:

3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

Honey or Sugar:

1/2 cup (adjust to taste)

Cold Water:

4 cups

Ice:

1 cup

Garnish:

Peach slices, lemon wheels, fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Peaches and Lemon Juice: In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the Mixture: Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp. Press with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Add Sweetener and Water: Stir in honey or sugar until fully dissolved. Add cold water and mix well.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice with peach slices, lemon wheels, and fresh mint for garnish.

Notes

  • For a sparkling version, replace half the water with club soda just before serving.
  • You can also add a splash of bourbon or vodka for an adult twist.
