- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium and oil the grates.
- Prepare Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and chop them.
- Sauté: Cook shallot, garlic, and mushroom stems until soft.
