- Grill Chicken: Preheat grill, grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade.
- Optional Sauce: Simmer reserved marinade with cornstarch and water for a thicker sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Chicken breasts can be used instead of thighs, but thighs are juicier on the grill.
