Spread & Topping:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until just set.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice Hawaiian rolls, layer with eggs, sausage, and cheese. Top with rolls.
  4. Add Topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over rolls.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil, bake 10–15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve: Serve warm.
