Chicken Salad:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (grilled, roasted, or canned and drained)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
