Pineapple Cough Syrup Ingredients:

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl or jar, combine the pineapple juice, honey, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and sea salt if using. Whisk well until fully blended.
- Transfer and Store: Transfer the syrup to a clean glass jar or bottle with a lid. Shake before each use. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons every 3 to 4 hours as needed to soothe cough and throat irritation. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Use fresh pineapple juice for best results, as it contains bromelain, an enzyme believed to help reduce mucus and inflammation.
