Dough:

Instructions

- Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Cover with a clean towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Shape and Cook: Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Roll each ball into a thin 6–8 inch circle. Cook one tortilla at a time in a dry skillet for about 30–45 seconds per side, until light golden spots appear.
- Serve: Stack cooked tortillas in a clean towel to keep warm and soft until ready to serve.

- These tortillas can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for longer storage.
