Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Make the sauce: In a small saucepan, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar over medium heat. Simmer for 4–5 minutes. For a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch slurry and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
