Instructions

  1. Prepare the Honey Mayo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Coat the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with egg white and a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat with cornstarch until evenly covered.
