Spaghetti:
- 1 lb spaghetti
Lemon Garlic Oil:
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves (sliced thin)

- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook Spaghetti: Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Prepare Lemon Garlic Oil: Heat olive oil, sauté garlic, add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
- Combine: Drain pasta, add to the garlic-lemon oil, toss. Stir in parsley and Parmesan, adding reserved pasta water gradually until sauce coats the pasta.
- Serve: Top with extra Parmesan and parsley.
