Description

These Iowa Party Bites are a delightful appetizer perfect for any gathering. Crunchy Tostitos Scoops filled with a cheesy, flavorful mixture of corn, green chiles, and spices, baked to golden perfection. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy!


Ingredients

Tostitos Scoops:

1 bag (about 50 chips)

Cheese Filling:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 large egg; 1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn, drained; 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; ½ teaspoon black pepper; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Tostitos: Arrange Tostitos Scoops on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix filling: Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Fill chips: Spoon filling into each chip. Top with Parmesan cheese.
