Ingredients
Tostitos Scoops:
1 bag (about 50 chips)
Cheese Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 large egg; 1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn, drained; 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; ½ teaspoon black pepper; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Tostitos: Arrange Tostitos Scoops on the baking sheet.
- Mix filling: Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill chips: Spoon filling into each chip. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 13–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
