Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Form cookie dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk until a soft dough forms. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
